Shipping policy

Delivery Areas We currently deliver across Lebanon. Shipping rates vary based on your location:

• Beirut: $4.00 flat rate
• Outside Beirut (all other Lebanese regions): $5.00 flat rate

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Beirut: Same-day delivery (for orders placed during business hours)
• Outside Beirut: 1–3 working days (Monday–Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays)

Orders are processed within 1 business day. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.

Order Handling & Packaging All orders are carefully packed to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. We take extra care with electronics and tech accessories to protect them during transit.

Order Delays While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we'll reach out to keep you informed. You're also welcome to contact us directly and we'll provide an update as quickly as possible.
